Richard has been affilitated with TKG since 2010. He assists banks with strategic and business planning, regulatory consulting and profit/process improvement. Richard has practiced law for over 30 years and is also affiliated with the firm Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP, headquartered in Pittsburgh. He concentrates on loan and transaction law, banking and bankruptcy law, and commercial litigation.
A long-time advisor to banks, Mr. Pollard has also given hundreds of presentations before business and community organizations in 31 states and 3 foreign countries. He leads programs and retreats focused on business and spiritual topics, and he is a member of the faculties of several professional schools where he has taught ethics and business law for over 30 years. Richard received his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Penn State University.
An Episcopal priest, Richard is Priest-in-Charge of All Saints Episcopal Fellowship in the South Hills of Pittsburgh and also Assistant Rector of Christ Episcopal Church in the North Hills. He is the author of “Reflections on Things That Matter” an acclaimed compendium/commentary regarding events in world history.
