“Ben Crowley is the Managing Director of TKG’s Performance Measurement team. Ben is passionate about helping community financial institutions gain deep insights into what drives their profitability. He works closely with bank leadership teams to build the connection between strategic planning and strategic execution. Ben teaches bank profitability, strategic planning, and enterprise risk management courses at the PA Advanced School of Banking, Montana Bankers Association Executive Development Program, and Idaho Bankers Association Executive Development Program. He has also spoken on several bank topics at various state and regional banking-related conferences.
Before joining TKG, Ben worked for community banks in various leadership capacities. He spent ten years driving top-line organic growth and creating value “inside the margin” through streamlining processes and building operational efficiencies.
In his career, Ben has also worked in wealth management with Morgan Stanley and as a strategic and management consultant for mid-market companies in the software, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing sectors.
Ben completed his undergraduate degree at The Catholic University of America and played four years of professional baseball before returning to school and earning an MBA in Finance from American University in Washington, DC. He is also a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, PaBankers School of Banking, PaBankers School of Commercial Lending and is an Accredited Banking Professional from the Emmerich Financial Group.
Ben grew up in Philadelphia and now enjoys spending his free time with his wife and five young children where they reside in Doylestown, PA.”
