Stephanie joined The Kafafian Group in August 2024 and is focused primarily on building, processing, and maintaining profitability models for our financial institution clients.
Stephanie has more than 15 years of experience in various roles in the banking industry. She started as a teller at First Liberty Bank (now known as Community Bank, NA) in 2001, left the financial world for a while and came back in 2010 to FNCB Bank (acquired by Peoples Security Bank in 2024). There she started in the marketing department as a graphic designer/marketing assistant, then shortly after moved to the Facilities Department as a Facilities/Purchasing Coordinator, she finished her career at FNCB in the Audit Department as a Staff Auditor until the Bank’s merger. During her time at FNCB Bank she was an active member of the Vendor Risk Management Committee and the Business Continuity Planning Committee.
Stephanie earned her associate degree in computer graphics from Luzerne County Community College and her bachelor degree with a major in communications and a minor in marketing and business administration from King’s College. Most recently, she earned her CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification, a globally recognized internal audit certification with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
She resides in Throop PA with her husband and son, who she enjoys spending most of her time with. In her spare time she enjoys quiet walks outdoors, creating fun stuff with the Cricut machine and taking trolley and train rides with her son.
