Tara's Services
Tara joined The Kafafian Group in October 2023, and she specializes in building client-specific profitability systems, quality control, profitability analytics, strategic planning, financial advisory and various other advisory services.
Tara’s career in the financial service industry spans over 10 years and began in 2004. She has worked in nearly every department within a financial institution, which has provided her with a vast knowledge of banking. Her most recent bank experience was as the Vice President of Accounting with a New Jersey based financial institution. Prior to that, Tara worked in a wide variety of industries including telecommunications, private country clubs, and biopharmaceuticals.
Tara completed her undergraduate degree at East Stroudsburg University. She resides in Quakertown, PA with her husband and stepson. Outside of her career with TKG, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her husband race up and down the East Coast, golfing, and spending time with her dog, Zoey.
