Biography
Matt is the founder and CEO of Xenios. Xenios provides advisory and custom workflow apps for banks. Matt previously led a number of cross-functional and strategic initiatives at MVB Bank including the development, launch and continued growth of their Fintech business line that grew from an idea to serving 50+ programs in five years. Under his leadership, the business onboarded prominent fintech and gaming clients including FanDuel, DraftKings, Kraken, Credit Karma, Repay, Worldpay, First Data (now Fiserv) and many others. He also led the bank’s operations, technology, and strategy functions.
Prior to joining MVB, Matt consulted with companies in industries including energy, financial services, health care and the public sector. He started his career with GE, where he held a number of engineering and operations leadership roles in the U.S. and Europe.
