Flushing Bank is a $7.2B full-service commercial bank with 20 branches serving the New York metropolitan market. The Bank also operates an internet branch, which operates under the brands of iGObanking.com® and BankPurely®. Flushing Bank recently implemented MANTL’s online account opening solution.
MANTL is an enterprise software company based in New York City which exclusively builds technology for regional and community banks and credit unions across the U.S. MANTL is most known for its account opening suite of software. The company started in consumer account opening but has expanded its product line to business customers. Founded in 2016, MANTL’s customers have raised billions in core deposits to date. MANTL’s products borrow from the technology offered by the nation’s largest banks and the services provided by neo and challenger banks. Both Mike and Raj discuss the recent implementation and how digital offerings attract new customers and enhance the customer experience.

Michael Bingold is Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Retail and Client Development Officer of Flushing Bank. He joined Flushing Bank in 2013 as Chief of Staff to the CEO. He currently manages the Retail Bank, Ethnic Markets, Business Banking, Government Banking, Digital Banking, and Marketing.
Prior to joining Flushing Bank, Mike was at Citibank for 30 years where he held various senior manager positions including the Small Business Region Director for New York City, Boston and Florida with responsibility for growing small business revenue. Previous positions he held were East Division Sales Director, Mass Affluent Sales Director, Mortgage/Bank@Work Sales Director and Area Director for the branches in Queens.
Mike is a former Chairman and continues to serve on the Board of the Jacob Riis Neighborhood Settlement House in Queens. He received his BBA in Management from Adelphi University and his MBA in Finance from New York University, Stern School of Business.
Raj Patel Biography
