EVP and Chief Financial Officer of The Bank of Princeton

Mr. George Stephen Rapp, CPA serves as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Bank of Princeton since March 20, 2017. From February 2013 to May 2016, Mr. Rapp served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Shore Bancshares, Inc. in Easton, Maryland. From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Rapp served as the Chief Financial Officer and one of the four executive founders of World Currency USA in Marlton, New Jersey, a provider of foreign currency exchange services to financial institutions, where he was responsible for the financial operations, including raising capital to fund the start-up operation. Between 2005 and 2010, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Harleysville National Corporation, a regional banking corporation in Harleysville, Pennsylvania, where he managed all financial functions including controller, treasury and shareholder relations. Between 1980 and 2005, Mr. Rapp held a variety of roles with various financial institutions, including as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer, Chief Operations Officer and Controller. Mr. Rapp is a Member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, and the Financial Managers’ Society where he is a past Chairman. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University.
