With over 10 years in banking for large regional and community institutions, Jake Iampietro has established a track record of retail banking success and effective leadership. In his role as SVP, Director of Retail Banking for Penn Community Bank – the largest independent, mutual bank in eastern Pennsylvania – he leads a team of 150 retail and small business bankers and relationship managers across the organization’s market. Throughout his time at Penn Community Bank, Iampietro’s hard work has contributed to the development of best-in-class retail branch teams across more than 20 locations and the continued growth of consumer market share. In 2021, he was the recipient of a Pennsylvania Bankers Association (PA Bankers’) Future Under 40 Award. Outside of the office, Iampietro is a board member of the Bucks County Opportunity Council – a nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing poverty and partnering with the community to promote economic self-sufficiency. He is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University and a 2021 graduate of the American Bankers Association Stonier School of Banking – University of Pennsylvania.

Thomas (“Tom”) Minichiello Biography

As director of Retail banking, Tom fosters collaborations that help the bank meet the varied and changing customer needs in Kish’s five county footprint. Tom leads strategic direction in product and service development, process efficiencies, and client experience. Tom oversees all elements of service delivery and provides tactical guidance to the retail banking, and client solutions center teams.
Tom is a graduate of the PA Bankers Advanced School of Banking and Leadership Institute. Prior to serving as director of retail banking, Tom held positions of regional market manager, consumer lending manager, and branch manager.

Tom is celebrating his 30th year in banking and is a US Navy veteran. He supports his community and industry by serving on the Boards of the Schlow Library Foundation and the State College Downtown Improvement District finance committee, and also serves on the PA Bankers Professional Development Policy committee.

Tom and his wife Sandy live in State College and have 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren.
