Mr. Matthew R. Carcich, also known as Matt, serves as President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at Freedom Bancorp, Inc. and Freedom Bank. Mr. Carcich joined Freedom Bank in 2011 and prior to his current position, Mr. Carcich served as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. Before joining Freedom Bank, he served as Vice President and Commercial Lending Officer at Oritani Savings Bank and Chief Lending Officer at Paragon Federal Credit Union. Mr. Carcich is dedicated to further establishing the reputation of Freedom Bank as a personalized community-oriented institution, and he is paving the way for advanced technologies and processes to ensure Freedom Bank’s customers have the best experience possible. Mr. Carcich serves as a Director of the Anisfield School of Business Alumni Association at Ramapo College and is a Director of the New Jersey Bankers Service Corporation. Mr. Carcich is a father of four and is also a competitor in Brazilian Jiujitsu tournaments.
