Topic: What Does Brand Get You?
Our guest is Amber Farley, Executive Vice President, Brand Development, FMS (Financial Marketing Solutions)
What is brand? Amber Farley of FMS talks about the power of branding. A brand is much more than a logo or tagline. Your brand is what the marketplace feels about your organization, and branding is the process of influencing that feeling. If you create a brand that people believe in, there will be a naturally occurring community and advocacy around your brand. Companies who understand who they are authentically and who they are trying to reach, can build a brand that can greatly enhance the company’s position in the marketplace. Successful branding can have significant impact such as increased market share, customer loyalty, engaged employees, attracting top talent, etc. Amber tells us how it’s done! Listen and enjoy!
