Chad Neiss joined The Kafafian Group in 2024 following a 29-year career in the financial services industry with a focus on mortgage lending, strategic planning and M&A activities.
During his most recent time as Chief Mortgage and Strategy Officer of Ephrata National Bank, Chad was responsible for growing the mortgage division into one of Pennsylvania’s top performing mortgage lenders as well as developing and overseeing the overall strategic objectives for the bank.
Prior to his time at ENB, Chad served on the Senior Leadership Teams of two other Pennsylvania-based banks and was the founder, President and CEO of Guardian Home Funding, Inc, which had two operating divisions: Aarrow Mortgage Group and BestPriceMortgage.com. Each of these divisions was recognized locally and nationally for production and cutting-edge technology that led the mortgage industry into the e-commerce era.
Chad received his B.A. degree in Government from Franklin and Marshall College, with a minor in Music. He has served on a number of Boards throughout his career, including Also-Me.org, Banker’s Settlement Services, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago MPF Advisory Council and the Building Industry Association of Lancaster County.
