Topic: Graduating from Data Analytics to Data Utilization

Our guest is Steven M. Fusco, EVP Chief Financial Officer, Spencer Savings Bank

Does your financial institution have data-driven decision making? While many community financial institutions have access to data, many don’t use it to deepen knowledge of customers and potential customers, grow the business, create a performance culture and improve profitability. Spencer has been a Performance Measurement client of The Kafafian Group since 2017 and uses the information to make data-driven decisions. Where else are they using data to drive decisions that enhance how they deliver to customers and improve performance? Steve provides his insights into what Spencer is doing, will be doing, and general thoughts on how financial institutions should be using data. Listen and enjoy!
